Build story

I handed the whole ffmpeg pipeline to Claude Code and never opened the docs once. What broke was the queue: it happily generated a worker that held every frame in memory and the box fell over on the third repo I tested. Next time I would describe the memory budget up front instead of the feature.

About

Point it at any public GitHub repository and it renders a timelapse of the file tree growing, commit by commit. Useful for conference talks, release notes, and convincing yourself the last six months happened.
