Promote a project
You can buy visibility. You cannot buy rank.
Every promoted slot is labelled. A promoted project's score is computed exactly as if it had never been promoted, and it still appears in the ranked list at whatever position its upvotes earned — the paid slot is in addition to that position, never instead of it. Promoted projects meet the same submission bar as everything else: a working demo, a build story, an honest maturity badge.
